At Yannick Trails, we value your satisfaction and want you to have complete confidence when shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility
You may return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error will not be accepted.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number, item details, and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions. Please ensure the item is securely packaged before sending it back.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Since we operate through Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit as per your preference.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., personal travel accessories such as eye masks, bottles, or travel pillows). Please check the product description for any return restrictions before purchasing.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
